Whitlock’s SLF Dubbing Blends

Whitlocks SLF Dubbing (Synthetic Living Fiber) is a time-tested material developed by Dave Whitlock to mimic the look and movement of natural fur while adding a touch of translucency and life. This synthetic blend features slightly coarse, spiky fibers that create a naturally buggy appearance, along with a subtle sheen that reflects light without overpowering the fly. Its incredibly versatile and easy to work with, making it a staple for nymphs, wet flies, emergers, and even small streamers.
