Daiwa RZ Reel

Daiwa RZ Spinning Reel

The Daiwa RZ Reel delivers exceptional performance and outstanding value, making it a superb choice for anglers looking for a versatile reel capable of covering a wide range of fishing styles. Available in three practical sizes, the RZ range is perfectly suited to light and medium lure fishing, float fishing, and feeder setups up to medium-heavy weights.

Despite its affordable price point, the Daiwa RZ offers impressively smooth operation thanks to its 4 ball bearing system combined with Infinite Anti-Reverse. This ensures solid hook sets and a refined winding feel that exceeds expectations in this category.

The 5.1:1 gear ratio provides a geared-down retrieve that maintains excellent cranking power while still achieving up to 79cm per turn on the 4000 size. With a maximum drag of up to 9kg, the RZ reels are more than capable of handling hard-fighting fish in Irish lakes, rivers, and commercial fisheries.

Each reel features a slim metal handle for durability and control, with ergonomically designed grips: an I-shaped knob on the 2500 and T-shaped knobs on the 3000 and 4000 sizes for added comfort when fishing heavier setups.
