Returns Simplified. The Korum Smokescreen Speci Heli Rig Kit represents the pinnacle of helicopter rig technology for the specialist angler. Helicopter rigs are renowned for being the most tangle-resistant setup for long-range casting, and this kit refines that design with the advanced Smokescreen Camouflage finish and high-performance components.
Designed to be truly specimen-proof, the kit is supplied on wire loops for instant, effortless transfer to your mainline. Whether you are targeting Tench, Bream, or Barbel, this kit provides a safe, adjustable, and virtually invisible connection that wont let you down.
High-Grip Heli Bead: Unlike standard beads that require secondary stops, these are molded from a super high-grip material (similar to a premium float stop). This allows you to position your hooklink anywhere on the lineeven feet above the leadwithout the bead sliding during the cast.
New Snag-Free QC Clip: Features a redesigned Quick-Change clip that is perfectly shaped to sit inside anti-tangle sleeves without catching or snagging, ensuring a 100% streamlined profile.
Smokescreen Camouflage: Every component is treated with Korums matte, non-reflective finish to disappear against the lake or river bed.
Fish-Safe Setup: Engineered to allow the hooklink to slide off the line in the event of a breakage, meeting the highest modern fish-safety standards.
Wire-Mounted Convenience: Supplied on wires so you can simply thread your line through and slide the complete rig into place in seconds.

This kit is the gold standard for several specialist disciplines:
Long-Range Tench & Bream: The helicopter rig is the most aerodynamic setup available. This kit allows you to punch feeders to the horizon with total confidence that the hooklink wont wrap around the mainline.
River Barbel & Chub: Use it to create an adjustable link ledger setup. You can move the Heli Bead up the line to give the fish more room to take the bait before feeling the weight of the lead.
Silt & Weed Fishing: By sliding the Heli Bead 612 inches up the line, you can ensure your hooklink sits neatly on top of soft silt or weed, even if the lead sinks deep into the debris.
Paternoster Rigs: Ideal for creating a discrete predator paternoster for perch or eels, allowing the hooklink to rotate 360 degrees to prevent tangles from lively baits.
Gerrys Pro Tip: When moving the Heli Bead on your mainline, always moisten the line first. The super high-grip material is designed to stay put, so a little lubrication ensures you dont cause any friction damage to your line while adjusting your setup
