  Big Game & All Species
Best for saltwater and large freshwater species

  • Big Game is the largest Cush-It, designed for big fish like marlin, sailfish, tuna, halibut, sturgeon, and large catfish.
  • Best for long battles and rough conditions where an angler might sit on a cooler, side of the boat, or mezzanine while fighting fish.
  • Fits all rod sizes, but because of its girth, it may feel slightly loose on smaller rods.
  • All Species is a more versatile option for anglers targeting large fish but who prefer a snugger fit.
  • Designed to prevent the gimbal from digging into your body during extended fights.
  • Allows for easy side-to-side switching while fighting fish.

  Big Bass & Bass Elite
Best for bass and other medium-sized freshwater & saltwater fish

  • Big Bass and Bass Elite were designed for bass fishing, but also work well for trout, salmon, walleye, redfish, snook, pompano, and snapper.
  • These models stay securely on the rod and can even help keep rods afloat if they fall overboard.
  • Many bass anglers leave them on permanently since they provide comfort and prevent rods from slipping.

  Elite Pro 2
Best for lightweight rods and fly fishing

  • The smallest and lightest Cush-It, designed for fly fishermen and ultralight anglers.
  • Ideal for micro rods and lightweight setups (2-8lb, 4-10lb, 6-12lb).
  • Perfect for trout, panfish, and smaller freshwater fish where a bulky rod butt protector isnt needed.
  • Minimal weight & compact design makes it a great pocket-sized option.

  Still Not Sure?
Check the diameter of your rod butt and match it to the chart above! If you fish for multiple species, consider getting more than one Cush-It to cover different rods. And you can call or email us with questions at any time: 269-685-5555 or[email protected]
