With its compact size, slow sinking action, and well-balanced weight distribution, this lure is perfect for targeting less active predators near the bottom, simply let the lure sink and use alternating long and short jerks to entice a strike. When the lure hits mid-water, simply let it sink back down and work the lure back up in the same fashion. This action is sure to get the attention of those less active fish when a metal jig isn’t working. With its super cast-ability and slow sink, the Maria Rerise 130SS is also super effective for sight casting at bust ups when kings, tuna and other pelagics are on top.
