Nash Scope OPS 10ft 3lb Abbreviated Rod

The Nash Scope OPS 10ft 3lb Abbreviated rod is the premium finesse tool in the compact range, designed for the discerning angler who prioritises a superior playing action, high sensitivity, and precise presentation. It delivers the advanced Scope OPS blank technology in a soft, responsive model.

Why Choose the 10ft 3lb Abbreviated for Advanced Finesse Angling?

• Superior Fish-Playing Action: The 3lb test curve is the ideal choice for maximum enjoyment and safety. It provides a soft, progressive curve that cushions the powerful lunges of a carp, dramatically reducing the risk of hook pulls, especially when using lighter leads or single hookbaits.
• Premium Blank Technology: Built on a superior 30tonne high modulus carbon and low resin blank with a 1K Toray external weave, this rod offers exceptional feel and recovery. The 45 multi-directional fibre reinforcement reduces twist, improving accuracy even with lighter rigs.
• Finesse & Floater Work: The sensitive tip is perfect for precise casting of lighter leads, single baits, and excels at float or surface fishing (floater fishing), allowing for better presentation and instant bite indication.
• Modern & Lightweight Grip: The Abbreviated Black Duplon handle (the shortest Duplon option) offers a sleek, minimal, and modern appearance, reducing weight and providing a secure, tactile grip.
• Compact Versatility: The 10ft length is ideal for restricted swims and boat work. The patented telescoping butt design reduces the packed-down size to just 50inches (127cm).
