Rod Blank Tackle Box Darent Valley Elite 11ft Specialist Rod

Click for details.
The Darent Valley Elite rods have gained popularity since their release in 2019 with many large carp successfully landed using them while targeting smaller species. Notably one owner of a pair of 11ft 1lb has landed three 40lb carp while targeting tench. A testament to the reliability of these blanks.
The blanks have been well received by rod builders of all levels of abilities for custom builds.
The Darent Valley Elite blanks are designed to be slightly firmer than the test curve suggests so as the blank softens slightly, in time, they will still achieve what an angler would expect that rod to do.
The screen print on the original batch of blanks had caused some issues with customers as it was in the same position as our built rods and it clashed with different handle builds and handle lengths. This has now been moved to the bottom of the blanks butt section for blank identification.

FEATURES

• TORAY CARBON 24T is utilised to construct the main structure of the blank.
• The 1.5K inverted carbon weave on the butt section and of the tip is created using TORAY 30T carbon.
• The blanks have a life-long, no lacquer finish, this provides outstanding cosmetics and a surface which is easy to maintain.
• Screen print at base of butt section for blank identification.
